What is NDIS?
The NDIS is a new way of helping individuals under 65 with a disability get help. The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to people with disability, their families and carers. When people get help from the NDIS they can enjoy an ordinary life now and as their life changes. The NDIS also has a broader role in helping people with disability to: access mainstream services, such as health, housing and education.
